Acta Musicologica (p-ISSN: 0001-6241 | e-ISSN: 2296-4339) is the official peer-reviewed journal of the IMS. It contains articles on musicological research of international importance. The journal is published semiannually. Digital full-text coverage of all issues from 1928 up to three years ago is provided by JSTOR. All current issues (from 2016 onward) are available online through Project MUSE. Issues from 2023 onward are also available directly via the journal’s website. Furthermore, Acta is indexed and abstracted by major citation indexing services and bibliographic databases.
