The IMS mourns the death of our esteemed Directorium member Christine Siegert, who passed away on 3 August 2026 at the age of fifty-five after a severe illness. She was director of the Beethoven Archive at the Beethoven-Haus Bonn and a cultural leader in North Rhein-Westfalia. An obituary will be forthcoming in the Fall IMS Newsletter. She was a valued member of our team, and we are profoundly saddened at the loss of our dear friend and colleague.
